The Greco-Turkish War of 1919-1922 effectively ends with Turkish victory over the Greeks in Smyrna. (9. September 1922)

The first Aggie Muster is held as a remembrance for fellow Texas A&M graduates who had died in the previous year. (21. April 1922)
